Sessions are available in-person or via telehealth.

NDIS-funded sessions are available for self-managed plans, supporting emotional skill development, capacity building, and functional improvement
Fee: $200 per 50-minute session for all services

Family Therapy
Supports families to improve communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen relationships. Together, we explore roles, patterns, and dynamics that may be contributing to stress, conflict, or disconnection, while building new ways of relating.
Dyadic Therapy (Parent–Child Therapy)
Focuses on the relationship between parent and child. These sessions aim to build emotional safety, strengthen connection, and develop healthier patterns of interaction.
Couples Therapy
Provides a supportive space for partners to navigate conflict, improve communication, deepen understanding, and rebuild closeness and trust.
Individual Therapy
Available for children, adolescents, and adults, delivered through a family systems and relational lens. Sessions may include psychoeducation, emotional regulation tools, and exploration of attachment, identity, and personal wellbeing.
