Through a guided family systems approach, we explore patterns of communication, moments of tension or disconnection, and the ways each person experiences the family system. Together, we work towards new ways of relating, communicating, and understanding one another’s perspectives. This may involve individual, couple, dyadic, or whole family sessions depending on what best supports the work.

Parenting and dyadic sessions focus on the relationship between parent and child, supporting repair, strengthening connection, and understanding emotional and behavioural patterns. These sessions help parents feel more confident in responding to their child’s needs while also supporting the child’s emotional world and sense of safety within the relationship.

Through a family systems and relational lens, we work with families referred through the family court system to understand complex dynamics, patterns of interaction, and areas of difficulty or concern. This can include working with high conflict presentations and resist/refuse dynamics.
The focus is on creating clarity, supporting meaningful change, and holding a balanced view of each person’s experience. This work includes therapeutic engagement alongside the integration of formal written reporting where required.

Progress therapy reports provide a structured reflection of the therapeutic process to date. These reports outline key themes, shifts in family dynamics, patterns of interaction, and areas of ongoing difficulty or change.
They are written to support clarity and shared understanding of the work, highlighting progress, engagement, and emerging needs within the family system. Where appropriate, they also include recommendations to support continued therapeutic work and coordination of care.
$250 per hour of writing, with total cost dependent on the scope and complexity of the report and therapeutic material. -
Family reports are court ordered assessments prepared within the context of family law proceedings. They explore family dynamics, patterns of interaction, and the lived experiences of each family member, with a particular focus on the wellbeing and needs of children during separation and parenting matters.
These reports do not make decisions or determine outcomes. Decision making remains with the Court. The report provides a clinical formulation and overview of the family system, and includes recommendations informed by the best interests of the child and the broader family context to assist the Court in its considerations.
Price of Family Reports are provided on enquiry depending on scope, complexity, and number of family members involved.
